Bangladeshi Fried Fish
- 1- Take the fish fillet and wash them and then pat dry them.
- 2- Cut the fillet into reasonable pieces.
- 3- Mix the following Masala:
- a- Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon.
- b- Red Chili - 1/2 teaspoon.
- c- Salt - 1 teaspoon.
- d- Garam Masala 1/4 teaspoon.
- e- Ginger - 1/4 teaspoon.
- f- Garlic - 1/4 teaspoon.
- g- Lemon 1 - table spoon.
- 4- Marinate the fish pieces with the masala for 30 minutes.
- 5- Cut one to one and half bunch of green spring onions into half an inch pieces.
- 6- Pour two spoons of oil using a non stick spoon in a frying pan.
- 7- Turn on the fire on a setting of 7 or 8.
- 8- When the oil gets warm, put the pieces in the frying pan.
- 9- After frying for two minutes, turn over the pieces.
- 10- Fry for two more minutes.
- 11- Spread the chopped onions over the fish without turning over the pieces.
- 12- Cover the pan and lower the heat.
- 13- Cook for ten minutes.
- 14- Turn over the pieces.
- 15- Cut the lemon into slices and spread them over the onions
- 16- Cook for ten more minutes.
- 17- Serve with rice.
