Tuna Kabab
Ingredients
- 4 or 5 potatoes
- 5 cans of Tuna
- Green Cilantro
- Garam Masala
- Salt
- Red pepper
- Cumin powder
- Ginger
- Fried onion
- Eggs
- Boil four to five large size potatoes.
- Take 8 cans of Tuna.
- Cut and chop cilantro.
- Squeeze the tuna and remove all water.
- Mix the potatoes with the tuna.
- Add the chopped cilantro and mix again.
- Add:
- - ½ teaspoon of Garam Masala.
- - 1 teaspoon of salt.
- - ½ teaspoon of red pepper.
- - 2 teaspoons of cumin powder.
- - 1 Table spoon of ginger.
- - 4 Table spoons of fried onion, grind it in the machine.
- Mix the above thoroughly.
- Take two eggs, beat them.
- Make round patties from the paste.
- Spread the egg over the patties with your fingers.
- Use a non stick paper to put patties on plate or tray.
- Freeze them in the freezer for at least an hour before frying, store the rest in plastic bags.
Tuna Kababs can be consumed with bread or rice or even as patties in a burger bun. Add green or tamarind chutney.
