Fried okra (Bhindi) has always been our family's favorite vegetarian dish. It is a simple dish to cook and contains a lot of fiber, a very good element for digestion. Our family has always loved onion in various dishes, but my daughter loves extra onion in Okra. I hope you enjoy it as well.
